Born March 29, 1922 in Brooklyn, NY, the daughter of Marion and Arthur Wheeler died peacefully Sunday September 3rd, 2017 at Casa Dorinda in Santa Barbara, CA.
In 1975 Barbara co-founded The Whitney Shop West in Montecito Village with her good friend Mrs. John (Doodie) Watling. The store was well known for its great selection of clothes and gifts.
