Bald Eagle spotted in Los Olivos

We spotted this bald eagle in Los Olivos earlier Sunday. It had a light blue tag with the number 63 clearly written on it. We suspect it might have come from the Channel Islands breeding program but would like to learn more. Thank you!

Update:

I reached out to a researcher and was told this: “That is A-63, a male that hatched at the Sauces Canyon nest on Santa Cruz Island in 2016.”
