Jumper on Highway 101 north at Vineyard Ave in Ventura. This is near The Collection shopping center.
Report came in just after 5:00p (Tues) with someone holding on the fence and walking towards the center of the bridge.
CHP created a traffic break northbound, just north of Rose Ave.

Oxnard PD responded and was able to talk the person off the bridge to safety.
