What happens when there are hungry front country fires and fire-fighters are working double shifts, dropping in exhaustion, deploying again and equipment from all over is in use fighting non-“homeless” caused fires in heavily residential areas along 101, creeks, parks? (Maybe make a meth lab available to cook by appointment to aid vagrant “chefs”?)
