I've heard of local farms selling their items in a subscription box. Can edhat readers recommend a good one that stays local?

A bit late to comment, but we have enjoying Local Harvest Delivery for about 5 years now. We also use Farm Cart Organics through their School Food Box program (delivered to our son's elementary school). So yes, we get two boxes - one on Saturday (Local Harvest) and one on Tuesday (School Food Box).

I second the recommendation for Plow To Porch. Excellent value and service, and the owner is always open to requests and suggestions.

Yes, try Plow to Porch Organics. They have different size box and delivery frequency options and you can customize or do other grocery additions. It's a great service! http://www.plowtoporch.com.
