Power is out in parts of Carpinteria since a car took out a power line and poll by 7-Eleven on Via Real. The power is estimated to be out until 5:30 this evening.

Losing power is a minor inconvenience when an SUV is trying to jump a concrete barrier to get onto the bike lane... and succeeds. Good thing no one was taking a stroll at the time.
