Vehicle burglary at 401 Chapala Street on June 16th.
Hopefully, someone will recognize him. He stole several items from the vehicle and checked the doors on all the other vehicles.
In reviewing the footage from other cameras I had noticed him past the building once and the second time his front plate was not on the vehicle.

The video is nice to watch- Police can’t do anything as the DA won’t prosecute… What’s the point other then remind people to LOCK their doors ALL the time.
