Apr 12, 2020 11:51 PMYeah, I've noticed from the scanner traffic that bizarre behavior has picked up with the Corona-craziness. More mental health crises, suicide threats and just acting out, like this guy. The County CIT is over-subscribed. ROGER - do you see this too?
