Santa Barbara County firefighters responded to a structure fire in Los Olivos on Friday night.

At 9:50 p.m., fire crews responded to the 3500 block of W. Oak Trail Road and discovered a large two-story structure with a significant fire showing on the roof and front side of the building, said Captain Daniel Bertucelli.

Crews began an aggressive attack and determined residents were not home at the time of the fire but arrived a short time after.

Firefighters were able to knock the fire down without any injuries. They remained on the scene to salvage belongings inside.

An investigator will determine the cause of the fire.
