SpaceX had a successful launch from Lompoc on Thursday.
At 1:34 p.m., Falcon 9 launched 22 Starlink satellites to low-Earth orbit from Space Launch Complex 4 East (SLC-4E) at Vandenberg Space Force Base.
This was the second flight for the first stage booster supporting this mission, which has now launched two Starlink missions.

I was outside this afternoon to to photograph a picture-perfect launch.
The first photo captures the rocket soaring powerfully into the atmosphere while the second shows both stages after separation. Stage 2 continues on its journey, while Stage 1 begins its descent to a perfect touchdown on the drone ship.
