Southwest Airlines has officially landed in Santa Barbara offering three nonstop destinations for local travelers.

Service to and from Las Vegas, Oakland, and Denver is now available from the Santa Barbara Airport. All three airports offer connectivity to more than 50 points in Southwest’s destination network in the United States and Mexico.

The first flight landed on Monday morning from Las Vegas. Some introductory flight prices were as low as $29 with a Southwest representative stating fares will be in the double digits for a long time, according to KEYT News.

The airline is flying 737 planes with plans to upgrade to the new 737 MAX 7.

DUKIE - Get help. This story is about an airline. Not firearms. Drop your obsession with my AR-15. Don't get me wrong. I love that it bothers you that I own one, but your one note samba getting really stale.
