Caltrans is on the scene of a sinkhole repair on Highway 101 near Montecito.
Traffic is slowed in the area as the right northbound lane near Sheffield Drive is temporarily closed for emergency repairs.
The roadway is expected to fully open before 4:00 p.m. Thursday.
Exercise caution when driving in the area.
