Semi-Truck Collision at La Cumbre
By an edhat reader
A semi-truck accident right now at Highway 101 northbound at La Cumbre offramp.
It looks like the trailer/bed came off the truck. Lots of police and emergency responders on the scene.

Aug 04, 2022 01:49 AMWow. "The semi truck hit the wall on the northbound highway exit, which has a sharp turn to the right, and “basically tore the front axle off, and had intrusion from one of the signs into the driver space,” McCoy said."

Aug 03, 2022 07:46 AMCHP clocked this at 7:12am, slightly north of the La Cumbre off ramp. The big-rig went through the guard rail and spilled wood debris all over the roadway. The number one lane of the offramp is closed.
