At approximately 7:00 a.m., on August 23, 2017, members assigned to the Compliance Response Team (CRT) and Sheriff’s Special Investigations Bureau (SIB) located and arrested a known wanted subject, 31-year-old Nicholas McCloud of Guadalupe, in the City of Santa Maria. McCloud is currently on Post Release Community Supervision (PRCS) for resisting an officer with force/violence.

On August 10, 2017, McCloud fled from CRT, leading them on a pursuit through Santa Barbara County and into San Luis Obispo County. McCloud evaded law enforcement following the termination of the pursuit. Since then, CRT conducted an extensive investigation to determine his whereabouts.

CRT identified a hotel on the 200 block of Nicholson Ave. where McCloud was possibly residing. Upon contact with McCloud, he engaged in a brief struggle with deputies, but was taken into custody a short time later.

During the apprehension of McCloud, two other female sub jects were contacted at the location. They are identified as 32-year-old Katrina Mahia and 21-year-old Casandra Limon, both of Santa Maria. Limon was arrested for violating the terms and conditions of her active parole. Mahia was arrested for being an alleged accessory to a felon.

During the ensuing investigation, CRT learned of the possible location of another known wanted PRCS offender, 41-year-old Michael Feckestoudt. CRT members located Feckestoudt in the 700 block of S. Western Avenue in the City of Santa Maria. Feckestoudt was contacted and apprehended a short time later without incident.

All four of the subjects were transported to the Santa Barbara County Jail.
