i live near DLV and Ortega, and it’s a family area, also a lot of elderly and handicapped folks…and people speed at 40mph there, never stopping to let people cross. I recall Cathy Murillo coming to our house when she was up for Council re-election, we discussed this and was promised it would be installed (flashing lights/cross walk). She lies like a rug….all they did was extend the height of the stop signs by 7 inches….wtf
