Overturned Vehicle at Highways 154/246 Roundabout

An overturned vehicle is blocking the Highway 154 and 246 roundabout near Santa Ynez.

According to the CHP Incident Page it appears to be a tractor-trailer hauling vehicles. Two of the vehicles are on their side and are taking up both lanes.
