Santa Barbara Police Search for Two Theft Suspects

Source: Santa Barbara Police Department

The Santa Barbara Police Department Property Crimes Unit is looking for assistance in identifying the following male and female suspects, who individually stole thousands of dollars of merchandise using stolen credit cards. Both suspects targeted purses and wallets that were left unattended indoors or inside vehicles. The suspects proceeded to quickly make large purchases at local retail stores before the credit cards were reported stolen.

The Police Department would like to remind the community to lock their vehicles and not leave valuables in plain sight.

  1. Saturday, August 24th – Seriously!
Here we are again being asked for our help after 45 days have gone by with no leads. Really! Why is this almost always the case with the SBPD? These folks are long gone, PD people.
Unreal & totally inept as far as being too proud to ask for help. No excuses – not even the old “We just received the video form the business” hogwash. No video -then ask the day the crime happened.

  2. Very true, Flicka, but they should have posted this video 45 days ago. Our tax dollars in action with amateur hour SBPD detectives. You could have paid SBCC criminology students and they would have these perps 44 days ago.
