The Santa Maria Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing 14 year old juvenile who is considered at-risk. Julian De La Garza (Cruz) is described as a Hispanic male, 5’10” tall, 160 lbs., with brown colored hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing black/white Nike “720s” shoes and unknown clothing.
