At-Risk Missing Adult: Stephen Lotton, 6’, 200 LBS, 53 yr old, white male, wearing same clothes as depicted in picture. Last seen 6:30 P.M. in the vicinity of Anacapa and Cota St. Left on foot in an unknown direction.
Suffers from brain injury. Unable to do anything for himself. Prior missing usually found in Montecito or on his way there. He currently lives in the 300 block of De Paul.
Call 911 if found.
