LinkedIn, recently released an online video course, created by video learning company Madecraft, geared to help leaders manage during a crisis. In the course, leading experts in crisis, leadership, and finance provide important methods to keep the leader and their team focused, inspired, and aligned during this unique time.
The course “Advice for Leaders During a Crisis” covers how to better handle the constantly changing landscape, determine what information is accurate, re-evaluate financial portfolios, and gather the skills needed to thrive as a leader amidst uncertainty.
