Fatal Boat Accident in Harbor

If the "first responder" guild wants to pretend they can't load one old man into an ambulance without clearing the wharf, I can't stop them. On the other hand, they can't stop me from wondering if this isn't just another in a long line of disaster training drills, and the fire department doesn't want any witnesses to the deception. If that's what this is, it certainly would explain the confusion over details like whether or not a jet ski was involved and the total number of "victims". (If the Harbor Patrol "say that others says they are accounted for...", it may satisfy some, but that doesn't make any sense to me - sorry, but it just sounds like BS to me.)

What I heard ar the harbor today was there was no jetski involved, but a single sail boat approximately a mile off the harbor turned and a 60ish year old man, who didn't know how to swim and didn't have life vest/flotation device on and drowned.

It was a Jet Ski vs a Sail Boat the boat has been towed back into the harbor and might be near the wharf.

Last I heard they were loading the victim onto the wharf to be loaded into the AMR Unit and were trying to clear the area to get the victim transported...Possible block of Cabrillo East and West.
