Source: Caltrans

A project to replace three culverts near State Route 150 between Carpinteria and the Ventura County line scheduled to begin on Monday, Oct. 14 has been rescheduled to begin on Monday, Oct. 21.

Motorists and bicyclists will encounter one-way reversing traffic control Monday through Friday between US 101 and State Route 192 from 8 am until 4 pm.

Electronic message boards will be activated informing everyone to be prepared to stop as they approach this work zone.  Motorists can expect delays not to exceed 10 minutes.

The contractor for this $100,000 project is Conley General Engineering of Santa Cruz, CA.  This project is expected to be complete in early November.

Caltrans reminds motorists to move over and slow down when driving through highway construction zones.
