DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Create Welcoming Environment for Customers
Greet customers in a friendly manner, promptly direct them to their event, answer any program questions and resolve any concerns.
Escalate customer challenge if needed.
Upsell our programs when possible
Ensure customer safety protocols are being followed: COVID, on and off ice policies, etc.
Perform routine maintenance and checklist including but not limited too: sweeping, mopping, bathroom check, locker room, benches, and trash
Keeping all areas clean and orderly, including behind the desk.

Count in and count out process
Follow corporate policy for money handling
Program Tracking and Analysis
Support in program tracking and analysis
Provide weekly reports to appropriate party
