During the Santa Barbara/Puerto Vallarta monthly SCI member dinner on April 26 held at the Mental Wellness Center program on Garden Street Gil Garcia, President of Santa Barbara Rotary North, presented Liat Wasserman, Development & Communications Director of the Mental Wellness Center with an anonymous gift check of $5,000.
