There’s a rumor going around Isla Vista that there is a shooter. Santa Barbara County Sheriff is on the scene investigating the rumor as it is making the rounds on social media. The rumor seems to have originated on Del Playa after a subject yelled there was a shooter in the area, SBSO is not laughing.
