Yoga In The Dark | Community Class

Blind Fitness is excited to announce Yoga in the Dark, a community class in partnership with Power of Your OM  Tuesday, March 26th.

People with vision loss, as well as sighted people are invited to come together for a sensory experience of connection and expansion. Sighted students will be given a blindfold for class to experience what it is like to connect to our bodies and each other in a new way. Class will be warm, but not heated. All members of the community are invited to join us.

This is a donation based class offered on a sliding scale starting at $10. All proceeds from the class will be donated to Blind Fitness.

When: This class will be offered Tuesdays 10:30am-11:30am March 26 – April 16th, 2024

Location: Participants will meet at the Power of Your Om studio located at 1221 State St #201, Santa Barbara CA 93101. For those needing support in finding the studio, please meet in front of Starbucks at 1235 State St. on the corner of State and Victoria St. at 10:10am and one of our team members will guide you up to the 2nd floor location via stairs or elevator.
