Yoga In The Dark Community Class

Blind Fitness to delighted to continue partnering with Power of Your Om in offering YOGA IN THE DARK, a community yoga class. 

People sighted and with vision loss, are invited to come together for a sensory experience of connection and expansion. Sighted students will be offered a blindfold to experience the practice. Class will be warm, but not heated. All members of the community are invited.

This class is offered Tuesdays from 10:30am-11:30am at Power of Your Om Yoga Studio located at 1221 State  Street #201, Santa Barbara, CA 93101

For those needing support in finding the studio, please meet in front of Starbucks at 1235 State St. on the corner of State and Victoria St. at 10:10am and one of our team members will guide you up to our 2nd floor location via stairs or elevator.

This is a donation class offered on a sliding scale starting at $10.  All proceeds from the class will be donated to Blind Fitness, a 501c3 non profit organization whose mission is to empower individuals who are blind or have low vision to be active.
