Public Dialogue With Westmont College and Our County. Our Kids.

You are invited to attend a community conversation, sponsored by The Westmont Initiative for Public Dialogue, in consultation with Our County Our Kids , led by Dr. Deborah Dunn from Westmont College.

The purpose of the conversation is to discuss what we can do to ensure that our youngest community members get a good start in life. During the discussion, you will join other members of the community in a thoughtful conversation about what can be done. An issue guide will be available with some background information on foster care in Santa Barbara County.

Share your concerns and insights, your voice is critical to this conversation! If we are going to be successful in improving the quality of life of our community’s children, the first step is to listen to and learn from each other. The ideas for action that surface in the community discussion will be brought together in a community action planning meeting.
