MINDFULNESS MEDITATION PRACTICE RETREAT
Mindfulness meditation is a practice from the Buddhist tradition of moment-to-moment awareness.
A half-day retreat to create a refuge for calming the mind, opening the heart, and finding peace with ourselves and others through gently guided meditations. All levels are welcome.
Sessions are led by Radhule Weininger, MD, PhD, who practices psychotherapy in Santa Barbara and has studied mindfulness meditation since 1981.
