Our tasting menu includes
BREAD & BUTTER – sourdough, brioche, sea salt
BEET & AVOCADO – pink and red beets, orange segments, fennel salad, tangerine vinaigrette
BUTTERNUT SQUASH SOUP – candied squash, creme fraiche, fresno chili, dill
PINEAPPLE ICE – pomegranate
(everyone gets all three starters)
SALMON – fennel puree, parsley pesto, roasted turnips, radicchio
PORK STEAK – whipped potatoes, broccoli, pork jus
FUSILLI – pesto cream, kale, leeks, cauliflower
(choice of one entree per guest)
ICE CREAM – California bay leaf, vanilla
