Kymberlee is obsessed with the art of speaking. She has coached over 100 TEDx speakers on all aspects of their presentations from content to performance and everything in-between. She has grown up with TED, attending the annual TED event for 13 years in a row and she has produced multiple TEDx conferences as well. Kymberlee is a professional speaker herself, often drawing upon her Improv training and speaking about her unique approach to overcoming obstacles. In her athletic pursuits, she is a CrossFitter and is a Fourth Dan Black Belt, the Master level, in the Korean Martial Art, Hapkido. Using strategies learned in sports, Kymberlee’s passion is teaching breakthrough thinking to enable everyone she works with to achieve their peak performance.

Alan knows how to work a stage and captivate a room. He has been improvising for 26 years, and teaching improv for most of that. He’s used that experience when speaking on a wide variety of topics including infrared technology and robotics; crisis intervention and suicide prevention; and his personal interests such as cheese making and geek culture. His ability to take complex subjects and make them both accessible and fun has been his secret weapon, and it has served him well in speaking engagements all over the world.
