Fun and Fitness Pole Dance Exercise Class
The polls are in and Sassy Healthy Fit is the winner.
While it might be a stretch for some to consider pole dancing as exercise (see what I did there?) twirling on a vertical pole is every bit as challenging and rewarding as stretching on a horizontal bar at a traditional Ballet studio. If you are the least bit adventuresome and would like to step a tad out of your usual comfort zone then you are in for a real treat. Sassy Healthy Fit has teamed up with Seventh Dimension Dance to empower women in movement and flow exercises using pole dancing techniques as the foundation.
This class is set in a fun, relaxed, safe and non-judgmental atmosphere where participants can let go and learn basic techniques while having a great time and encouraging and supporting others in the group. Sassy Health Fit owner, Hallie Avolio says, “We all need exercise and sometimes running, spinning or weights get boring. At SHF we are all about empowering women to exploring their Sassy Side and kick up their fitness goals.”
