Applications due by Friday, April 3, 2026.
The City of Ventura is seeking artisan vendor applications for the annual 4th of July Street Fair. This annual event runs from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on the 4th of July in Ventura’s Downtown District and attracts more than 15,000 attendees. This year will feature additional events and activities celebrating the nation’s 250th anniversary of independence.
Vendor applications are due by Friday, April 3, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. PST. Applications must be submitted online via the City’s website at www.cityofventura.ca.gov/StreetFair . Eligible vendor groups include artisans, nonprofits, and food vendors. Sponsorship opportunities are also available and listed online.
In last year’s post-event survey, one hundred percent of participating vendors replied they were interested in returning for next year’s event.
“The 4th of July Street Fair and Parade is a beloved tradition in Ventura, with over fifteen thousand attendees,” said Recreation Manager Rebecca Ellis. “Residents look forward to participating in the parade with their decorated bikes, wagons, and colorful outfits. The event attracts many visitors who travel to celebrate with us each year.”
For questions and more information about the event, visit www.cityofventura.ca.gov/StreetFair or contact Recreation Supervisor Allyson Perez at 4thofjuly@cityofventura.ca.gov or 805-654-7749.
