Two Teens Arrested for Assault and Armed Robbery at Oxnard’s The Collection Parking Lot

On May 10, 2026, at approximately 8:15 PM, officers from the Oxnard Police Department responded to the parking structure at The Collection, 2701 Riverpark Blvd, regarding an armed robbery. Three victims told officers they were inside the parking structure when multiple male suspects armed with firearms approached them.

The suspects demanded the victims’ property, and one victim was pistol-whipped in the head, causing lacerations. The suspects fled the area after taking property from the victims. The injured victim was transported to a local hospital, where he was treated for minor injuries.

Investigators from the Oxnard Police Department’s Violent Crimes Unit (VCU) took over the investigation. Investigators gathered sufficient evidence to identify two suspects as 17-year-old males from Oxnard and Port Hueneme. VCU Investigators obtained search warrants for two residences in Oxnard and Port Hueneme.

On May 27, 2026, members of the Oxnard Police Department’s SWAT Team, K9 Unit, and VCU served search warrants at residences in the 2100 block of Isabella St. in Oxnard and the 2600 block of Tiller Ave. in Port Hueneme.

Two juvenile suspects were located and arrested at the locations. They were both lodged at the Juvenile Justice Center for assault with a deadly weapon and second-degree robbery.
