Oxnard Woman Arrested for Assault with a Firearm

On the below date/time, Oxnard police officers responded to a call of subject who threatened a person with a firearm at the above location.  Officers learned that the suspect, Sawyer, exited her residence and pointed a firearm at the victim, and re-entered her residence. 

Officers attempted to make contact with Sawyer; she eventually exited her residence and cooperated with officers.  The firearm, a loaded .40 caliber handgun, was located inside the residence.  Sawyer was arrested for 245(a)(2)PC, Assault with a Firearm.
