On February 4 at 8:25 p.m., Oxnard police officers responded to a call of subjects loitering. Officers contacted Moore, who had just exited a vehicle.
Officers observed a firearm inside of the vehicle and conducted a search, locating a loaded firearm, narcotics, and stolen property. Moore, a convicted felon, was arrested for numerous firearms and narcotics violations, including being a prohibited person in possession of a firearm.
