Oxnard Man Arrested for Firearm Possession

On the below date and time, officers from the Oxnard Police Department conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle driven by Librado.  Librado was suspected of an assault with a deadly weapon that occurred earlier in the day in Oxnard. 

During the traffic stop, Librado told officers a firearm was in the vehicle.  Officers searched the vehicle and located a loaded 9mm firearm.  Librado was arrested for the assault with a firearm, as well as multiple firearms possession violations.
