Ventura County Fire Department crews quickly knocked down a working structure fire in the 5300 block of Meadowbluff Court on Monday afternoon, March 2, officials said.
Arriving units reported heavy fire coming from the exterior of a two-story, single-family home.

Firefighters launched an aggressive attack to stop the flames, conducted a primary search, and checked for extension to a neighboring structure.
Approximately 40 firefighters responded to the incident. No injuries were reported to firefighters or civilians.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
