American Flat Track is returning to Ventura this weekend.
The Ventura Raceway is preparing to host the Memphis Shades Ventura Short Track on April 25, 2026.
Presented by 805 Beer, the race is the fourth round of the 2026 Progressive American Flat Track Championship.
The event will see riders participating in a high-speed race on the Ventura Raceway’s iconic coastal oval track.
In addition to the thrilling dirt track motorcycle racing action, the event aims to be a family-friendly experience. Located at the Ventura County Fairgrounds, the Ventura Raceway is often referred to as the ‘best little dirt track in America.’

About Flat Track Racing
A traditional form of motorcycle competition, flat track racing is also known as dirt track racing.
Also referred to as “America’s Original Extreme Sport,” modern flat track racers compete in four types of events: short-track oval, half-mile oval, one-mile oval, and TT courses with at least one right turn and a jump.
The race features riders racing on highly specialized motorcycles that can reach speeds as high as 140 mph, with no front brakes.
