Eileen's motivation as an Independent Educational Consultant is to encourage students to “Think Yes” — to expand their expectations of themselves and to trust that they are capable of achieving them.

Summer workshops are held at our home at El Capitan Ranch and are kept relatively small to enable conversation and exchange of ideas. The street address and a gate code to the property will be provided upon registration.

JUNE 17th: An ESSAY WRITING WORKSHOP for rising high school seniors who what to write their personal essays for college admissions over the summer. Learn what colleges are looking for, discover what you want to write about, and learn how to structure a personal essay. The workshop is from 9:30-11:30am. Cost is $55. Register at or call Eileen at 571-426-0109.

JULY 11th, 18th and 25th: A multi-session PARENTS WORKSHOP for parents of rising freshmen (or sophomores) on Making the Most of the High School Years (with an eye toward college). The workshop is on three consecutive Tuesday evenings from 6-8pm plus an optional free admissions officer case study (using real applications, choose who to accept, deny and waitlist). Cost is $50 for the initial session plus $100 for the remaining two sessions, including the optional case study on Thursday July 27th. Payment is due at the close of the first session. Register at or cal Eileen at 571-426-0109.
