On Tuesday, January 6, 2026, after working through a complex investigation related to narcotics sales, San Luis Obispo Police officers and detectives contacted Eric Farrior at his residence on the 900 block of Monterey Street.
Farrior was on probation for prior narcotics related arrests and had search terms which allows law enforcement access to his apartment.
Farrior’s apartment was searched and detectives found over one pound of methamphetamine, plastic baggies, a digital scale, and other items known to be used for sale and use of narcotics.
Farrior was arrested and booked into the SLO County Jail on the following charges:
- HS 11378 – Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance
- HS 11379(A) – Felony Transportation for the Purpose of Sales of a Controlled Substance
- HS 11395(B)(1) – Felony Possession with Prior Convictions
