Thomas Hill Organics, a longtime Paso Robles restaurant, has announced it is permanently closing after operating since 2009.
The downtown Paso Robles farm-to-table restaurant shared the closure announcement on its website.
The restaurant is closing after about 16 years in business. In a message posted online, the team thanked Paso Robles and longtime supporters.
“After many years in the community, Thomas Hill Organics is closing operations,” the restaurant stated on its website.
Thomas Hill Organics built its concept around organic ingredients and locally sourced cuisine.
The restaurant did not provide a reason for the closure in its announcement.

The restaurant also highlighted a dog-friendly menu featuring farro and carrots, a burger or chicken breast, and whipped cream with blueberries.

Thomas Hill Organics was founded in 2009, growing out of an organic Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) program that began in 2006. Started as a fresh produce distributor from a 2.5-acre family-run microfarm, later evolving into a full-service restaurant and wine bar, according to Yelp.
The restaurant focused on seasonal, organic food sourced from nearby farms and California purveyors.
Its menu featured poultry, seafood, beef, lamb, and specialty meats sourced within California, along with fruits and vegetables from local farms. Gluten-free and vegetarian options were also available. Breads were supplied by local bakers.
Sunday brunch was a regular offering, featuring signature Benedict selections and seasonal dishes.
