July 3rd Block Party Event Volunteers
- 1:30 – 5 p.m.
- 4:30 – 8 p.m.
Kick off the Fourth of July weekend this year in a fun way that gives back to your community. Specifically, Downtown SLO is looking for volunteers to help serve beverages at the Plaza Bar during its Concerts in the Plaza 30th Anniversary Festival and Block Party. Fully volunteer run, the Plaza Bar at Concerts in the Plaza is an exciting way to engage with the local community. This is great for folks who enjoy crowds, high energy, or for a team or organization to gather and do community service! Comfortable clothes and close-toe shoes are strongly encouraged. Drinking alcoholic beverages while volunteering is strictly prohibited. Volunteers must be 21 years of age or older. June 26th is the last day to sign up to volunteer. Contact Amy Moe at amy@downtownslo.com or ( 805) 779-0029 if you have any questions.
