I can extremely highly recommend Casa Roofing. Call the Owner, Richard, at 805.682.1800, or 805.896.9982. We have 112 units of which he did the original roofs 23 years ago, and has done any and all work since then. We installed 100 solar panels two years ago, and he did that work. The stands that hold the panels require 4 roof penetrations for each stand attachment. We've had some good rain since then, and not one leak. He's a real professional, and best of all, he and his crew show up when he says they will, and do exactly what he promised. Tell him Bill Jr. at El Patio sent you. BTW - despite the long standing relationship, we're business people, and we did get two others bids on the solar project - he was lowest.

I ditto Acton Roofing, not Action Roofing. They are long term locals, guarantee their work. I know that a local major real estate manager uses only them. They did our roof repair when a neighbor's tree fell on our house. Have you checked if you have a roof warranty?

Craig Roofing did my home, right after they finished the Junior High, and they are capable of doing any size job. I was completely satisfied with the result. But, hey, this same question was asked just a few months ago....... isn't there some kind of accessible referrals database on EdHat?
