Primary Doctor

I can highly recommend Dr. David Phreaner of Sansum. He is caring, warm, very knowledgeable, excellent. He may not be taking new patients, however.

I just switched to Dr. Holderness at Sansum and I love him. He happened to be the hospitalist at Cottage one time when I was there and I was very impressed.

Really like Dr. Holderness as well. Took 6 months to get a new patient appointment however.

Dr. Marta Sovilj is brilliant and it shows by her quick thinking and willingness to find solutions to medical mysteries. She helped my husband tremendously, and I will always be grateful to Dr. Sovilj (but I STILL don't know how to pronounce her name...I think the "j" is silent). She's at Sansum.

Brittany Bryan MD has just started her practice in Internal Medicine and I would highly recommend her. Her office is at 2400 Bath Street suite 202 phone 682-3771.

Does Dr Bryan accept Cen Cal insurance ?

My wife and I have Dr. Alex Morf as our primary care doctor. He is a great guy and an excellent physician; one of the best I have ever had in my not so short life. He cares! He actually calls you back when you need him. How's that?

No one has suggested Jackson Medical Group. They take Medicare, and Cen Cal and have offices in Carp, SB and GOleta. All of the doctors are very good, and staff is too.

The OP and I may have the same primary care provider as mine just announced she's retiring. I can walk to the Sansum Clinic on Pesetas. Any referrals for a doctor or nurse practitioner at that location?
