I found this online. You can enter your zip code and it gives you a list:

I use to drop my Mom off at the YMCA for Silver Sneakers classes and she loved it there.
Friendly, kind, gentle people there to always lend a hand. Silver Sneakers is a great idea!
The Y has so many on their waiting list that it is not a waiting list at all. I was on for over a year and a half and never got called. It appears clearly that they want you to join the Y before they will put you in the class. IS THERE ANY OTHER ALTERNATIVE IN TOWN?
Superior Fitness on San Andreas doesn’t have silver sneakers classes at the moment, but if enough senior members joined the gym, the owner Dustin would absolutely put a class together for them. Beyond that the gym has a wide array of senior friendly piston machines that no one else has. Might be worth reaching out to the owner and putting a class together.
Titans at the Page Youth Center has daily, smallish senior classes that involve cardio, strength, mobility & balance. I'm in my 60s and attend their regular classes & have definitely seen results.
