PSHH Celebrates 50th Anniversary
As the year comes to a close, Peoples’ Self-Help Housing’s (PSHH) extends immense gratitude to the many community partners who came together to celebrate their 50th Anniversary. In culmination, PSHH has launched its 2020 Appeal to provide a year-end opportunity to donate to the services and inspiring programming which supports the over 5,000 residents who call a PSHH house, home.
“We want to thank our supporters for their vision and generosity over the past fifty years,”, says CEO & President Ken Trigueiro, “Our community and partners have made this first half century of our history possible and we look forward to their continued partnership over the next fifty!”
Although the global pandemic made the original plans to mark its 50th Anniversary substantially different, Peoples’ Self-Help Housing was still able to observe this golden milestone with creative, virtual solutions. A few highlights included an all-staff, online day of celebration, the inspiring community campaign ‘Building Together’, and the publication of two commemorative books.
