Does anyone know what the meaning of numerous trees in front of Mesa Shopping Center that are tagged with these markers.
Some of the trees are palms but not all. The tags are also on trees going down Cliff Drive.

Tree inventory, probably by the City. Maybe related to the major upcoming Cliff Drive project.
Perhaps the tagged trees are all going to get touched by a big chain saw soon. Grrrr.
