After all our community has been through lately, we were delighted to see these beautiful traces of water in our mountains and the Valley. Red Rock’s pond in the mostly dry Santa Ynez River’s course through the Valley, evoked fond memories of years gone by. This stubborn little creek on our front range that has seemed to have at least some water amid the drought, was running clear and inviting.
