SB is full of the naive that don’t lock their cars, bikes, etc. thinking that this is a paradise, and also full of criminals looking to take advantage of that type of person. Combine that with our lowball laws (not the fault of our law enforcement personnel) and ultra-liberal governance, and it’s a perfect recipe.
HENRY SARRIA, have you noticed since the “houseless neighbor” encampments in Isla Vista have been removed that the bike theft rate has significantly decreased, along with vehicle burglaries and yard prowling incidents?
